CCTC – Conduct Crowd and Traffic Control

CCTC – Conduct Crowd and Traffic Control is an events security course for security personnel that are required to perform crowd and traffic control duties at their workplace.

Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to use appropriate equipment such as barriers and signages effectively. Likewise, learners will learn how to deal with and manage crowd behaviours. Lastly, learners will also learn to use hand signals to direct traffic confidently.
