Students get the opportunity to perform live at gigs we organise which includes their end of year production where they get to perform in front of their family, peers and other community members.
Mitchell’s Plain Music Academy is a part-time music programme that was established in 2014 and has been providing affordable, yet quality and professional tuition ever since.
Our programme accommodates beginners, intermediate and advanced musicians. We have employed qualified and skilled teachers from UCT and Stellenbosch University who’s not only brilliant teachers but also professional musicians and artists to work with our students and take them to the next level.
Cello is regarded as one of the most beautiful stringed instruments with a warm sound closest to the human voice. It has a lower timbre than most stringed instruments and is played quite differently.
Cello Lessons are offered by Legends School of Contemporary Music for all ages and skill levels. Legends School nurtures, inspires and enriches and aim at changing lives through music. We of course want to mentor tomorrows Legends.
