It is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

The group operates three campuses in Kerala, India – in Munnar, Cochin & Trivandrum and one campus in the UAE – in Ras Al Khaimah.
The flagship International Campus of Munnar Catering College is located 6500 ft. above sea level in Thachankary Hills, Sooryanelli, Munnar, Kerala. Spread across acres of lush greenery; the campus offers students a serene environment to immerse themselves in training and refining their skills.
The facilities of the College include a helipad, an open-air rooftop restaurant for students, two swimming pools (including a private pool for the women), jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, two gymnasiums (including a private gym for the women), cricket pitch, amphitheater, convention center, modern hostels, a new international hostel etc.
