Certificate in Microblading/Nanoblading

ABT Certificate in Microblading/Nanoblading  is an advanced qualification specially designed for beauty therapists  who wish to pursue a career as a microblading technician.

This Microblading course will help you to develop all the skills you require to perform professional Microblading treatments to an exceptionally high standard, which in turn will benefit you in this highly profitable and exciting industry.

With this course, you will gain the ABT (Accredited Beauty Therapy) qualification after 5 weeks, attendance one day a week (5 full days’ classes in total). Then, if you wish, you can continue to do the VTCT qualification here with us for an additional cost.

Our Microblading course is the hottest industry trendsetter and comprises the most advanced training programme and material.

Students will develop the ability to practically apply the knowledge, understanding, and skills to enable them to enhance eyebrows with microblading techniques.

In parallel, students will develop their health and safety knowledge and communication, consultation, and client care skills, all of which are valued highly by employers.

In order to complete the ABT qualification students are required to complete a series of assessments for each unit, verifying the student’s understanding and practical implementation of the knowledge and skills required to attain professional competence.

There are 5 course days  over 5 weeks. After completion of the 5 weeks and 2 case studies, you will gain the Accredited Beauty Therapy (ABT) qualification which will allow you to gain insurance to start practicing by yourself as a mobile artist.

If you wish to gain the VTCT qualification afterward, students are required to produce evidence of a series of 10 case studies on top of your existing 2 case studies, to be completed over a period of 4 months after the 5-week course completion to consolidate and demonstrate consistent applications of all the knowledge and practical skills in one place.

In total this will amount to the required 10 case studies. It is after completion of the case studies after 4 months you will have your last 2 course days for assessments & tests. Case studies will be sent to the tutor for review who will verify that best practice is being adhered to and review your progression in terms of skill level. 

To Note:

All 10 case studies need not all be completed to review all of them and you may send each case study over to the tutor as soon as you have completed each respective one. The practical assessments and tests (last 2 course days) will however always be held 4 months after the initial 4 course days.

In the Microblading unit, our training will cover skills to analyse the skin, identify treatment contradictions, risks, and formulate a specific treatment plan to suit client individual client needs.

This will include consultation, the shaping of the eyebrows with pre-drawing techniques, and knowledge of the pigments. Students will be asked to work on fake skin to achieve the best techniques before treating clients.

On successful completion of Level 4 Certificate in Enhancing Eyebrows with Microblading/Nanoblading Techniques, you will reach a very high level of competence at performing Microblading treatments.
