Certificate IV In Building & Construction

Course Overview:

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses. It gives existing tradespeople the opportunity to advance their career to become a licensed low-rise builder through the QBCC in Queensland.

Course Description:

The basic courses are delivered over 36 study weeks (Up to 52 weeks including holidays). We offer intakes every week except holiday and Research Break weeks. The courses are assessed through Assignments/ Workbooks, Case Studies, Written Tests and Observation Checklists.
