Combined with practical training in HR functions, including recruitment and selection processes, graduates will be able to apply skills to a range of functions or provide broad HR assistance in small businesses.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.
