This course is for people who want to work as driving instructors and train and assess learner drivers or set up a driving training establishment.
As a driving instructor, you will be required to:
Supervise learner drivers on public roads under a range of unpredictable circumstances due to the variability of the traffic
Ensure the quality of the driving of the learner drivers and their safety while on public roads
Train learner drivers on how to develop and maintain safe driving strategies
Work individually and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
Assist learner drivers in obtaining an Australian drivers license

TLI41221 Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport – Car Driving Instruction) contains 12 core units of competency. To obtain this qualification you must successfully complete all 12 units.
