The APMG Change Management® Foundation qualification is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding to be an effective team member involved in supporting organisational change projects.

This introductory qualification is designed for individuals who need a practical understanding of the fundamental principles of change management, including essential terminology and the underlying theory. The foundation course is also a pre-requisite for those wishing to study the Practitioner qualification.

 

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for undertaking this qualification. However, the Change Management Foundation is aimed those interested in gaining an understanding of the basic principles of achieving successful organisational change, including team members involved in organisational change, transition or transformation projects.
