In 2014 Maryke Josling featured in the Emirates in-flight magazine and TLPCHEF won the TripAdvisor Excellence Awards 4 times.
Maryke regular features on RSG Radio. She was cooking on both Pasella (SABC2), VIA TV, Expresso and Hectic Nine9 (SABC2) (see the youtube link).
She travelled to Morocco in 2015 attending several cooking classes (her Moroccan class is voted No 1 cooking class)
Our program is designed to equip our teens with skills needed for their independence.
We offer Samoosas folding classes to juniors starting from grade 3 to grade 7. At the end of the class the children can enjoy their creation and even bring some home for their parents to taste – a fun experience for teachers, pupils and parents alike!
Nutri kids are happy kids. Our chefs will guide young chefs with lessons on making delectable and healthy meals for the family, from roasted pumpkin ravioli and baked salmon to a chocolate brownie tart with vanilla cream and freeze dried strawberries .
While having fun we instill the fundamentals of Cooking and Baking we explore new flavours and techniques we encourage creativity in any dish
