Our Mission and Goal

Speaking in English is a basic weakness for the youths who are shining in their academics but fail to get into the groove in the international arena. So our mission and goal is to generate effective communication skills among the youths who mainly reside in the semi-urban and rural areas of West Bengal.

Co-operative education opportunities, accelerated learning (through the YIELD’s Basic and IDEAL Program), commitment to teaching and a strong tradition of “students first” are a few of the reasons, for which over 5,000 students are enrolled at this institution.

Training Methodology

YIELD follows different standardized training methodologies for different foreign languages. For example, for Japanese, we follow JLPT courses and ensure proficiency level up to N5. For French, we follow DELF-DALF test which is being conducted under French Ministry of Education. For Spanish, we follow DELE test. For German, we take CEFR test. And so on. Overall, we start working with the students from A1 level and take them up to C3 level.
