Tempering and flavoring chocolate, molding chocolates with soft centers, prepare delicious flavored fillings, formed using rolling and dipping techniques. Finish your special creations with an assortment of special garnishes and take home these decadent pieces you will be proud to show -off and sell in your shop.
This course allows you to acquire basic skills in chocolate making. Whether you are a beginner in the catering industry or want to improve your menu, this course allows you to learn and practice making chocolates in different flavors and shapes, including soft chocolates!
In addition, you will learn different techniques and materials to embellish your handmade chocolates and take your creations home to show off!
