Suitable for all In this class we will learn how to use chocolate transfer sheets and decorate 4 already baked, round miniature cakes.
You will learn how to temper your chocolate to create strength and shine in your chocolate. We will also learn to make fondant flowers to decorate the cakes. Please wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
