CHRM™ Certification Scheme

Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM Certification) is an advanced level 3 & CSVT (Govt. of India) Affiliated Certification program that links the theory of HR with the practical HR practices of corporate sector. This certification is helpful and suitable for Indian HR Professionals to get a job as HR Manager in India. The HR Manager is responsible for all processes relating to the activities and requirements of the staff within the organisation. Their input is critical in determining and developing organisational culture, which in turn drives the improvement of business performance. HR Managers are required to develop, coordinate, and lead Human Resources practices in order to achieve an employee-oriented, successful work environment, which highlights productivity, quality, and ongoing development of the workforce.

After successful completion of evaluation and examination, you will be getting Govt. of India (CSVT) affiliated course completion certificate and mark list. As per the CHRM Certification scheme, it is not mandatory that the candidates must complete the certification body’s  (IIHR) own education or training as an exclusive prerequisite when alternative education or training with an equivalent outcome exists. Any students who completed the training (online or offline) with any other institution across the world can directly apply for the certification from IIHR.
