City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Course

What You’ll Learn:

You will learn how to take your first steps to becoming a qualified Plumber. This level 2 Plumbing qualification is perfect for those of you who do not currently work within the Plumbing industry but who are looking to change career.

The qualification forms the basis of knowledge for all modern domestic plumbing and is therefore an excellent starting point for anyone looking for a career as a Plumber.

Equally, it is also suitable for those of you already working in the plumbing industry and who require in-depth technical knowledge and qualifications without completing an apprenticeship. 

This is an industry recognised, formal trade qualification and is required in order for candidates to progress further in their plumbing training/career. The course will provide you with a range of plumbing skills covering various topics including Electrical principles and processes, Common plumbing processes, Cold water systems, Domestic hot water systems, Sanitation, Central heating systems and Drainage systems.

How You’ll Learn:

This course is a real mixture of practical and theory training and you are assessed for the qualification by undertaking both practical assignments and on-line exams here at Able Skills.

We will provide you with everything you need to achieve this qualification including a level 2 Plumbing reference book and a set of Nerrad plumbing tools which are yours to use throughout the course and to keep once you are finished. 

Our level 2 Plumbing training centre has fantastic facilities and the entire course is supported by the tuition and guidance of our dedicated Plumbing Instructors.

Additionally, we will also provide access to a variety of plumbing videos to assist you during your training and afterwards should you ever need a quick refresher when you are on a job.
