The chicken Provencal, a traditional Southern French dish is simple to create yet impressively satisfying with sweet flavours from the dates and tomatoes contrasted with the olives and sauce. Served with haricots verts and a moorish portion of gratin potato dauphinois to complete your plate. No skipping desert… our banana and praline parfait will have you convinced of that and is super easy to make.
