Classical Ballet

PBT Ballet Ball is a Ballet/Pilates style class that uses exercise balls to work on strength and mobility for our dancers. It is a much slower paced class to make sure the students are able to develop their technique, strength and flexibility correctly.

Following on from the Next Steps programs, Aspirants is developed to be the next stage in learning classical ballet. Unlike Next Steps, Aspirants doesn’t follow a class theme, but follows the structure of a traditional ballet class with barre work and centre practice.

For our youngest students the journey into the ballet world begins with the Dance to Your Own Tune curriculum. The classes are fun, artistic & enchanting under the guidance of our inspiring teachers. Suitable for children age 3 to 5 years. The next levels are Pre-Primary and Primary which are full

Transporting you to another world classical ballet teaches you strength and endurance while being graceful at the same time. Ballet is the foundation of dance and one of the important styles. Ballet will give you beautiful posture, grace, technique, flexibility, strength and discipline.

For the experienced ballerina, these classes will follow Royal Academy Dance program, with an option to take exams each year. Under the guidance of our highly trained teacher Miss Christina Federici Di Donna
