The growing popularity of the guitar as the preferred instrument of many youth in India today has also given rise to a growing interest in the Classical genre of playing. Many of our students have selected the classical guitar as their instrument of choice and dedicated study.
The Bangalore School of Music and Fine Arts (BSM), established in 1987, endeavours to create a united world through the transcendent medium of Music. The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that usually has six strings.[1] It is typically played with both hands by strumming or plucking the strings with either a guitar pick or the finger(s)/fingernails of one hand.
