Held over three days, the course begins by examining workplace inequality, covering institutional barriers, biases and attitudes.

Participants will have the chance to explore inclusion in their own organisational context, along with the business case for equality.

Focus will then be placed on developing strategic approaches to equality, diversity and inclusion, from appraising data to monitoring, reviewing and embedding strategic equality objectives.
