Entry requirements
Learners must be at least 18 years old. You must have English at level 2 and Maths at level 1. You should already have completed one of the following qualifications;
Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills
Level 2 Award in Effective Listening Skills
Level 2 Award in Listening Support Skills
Learning Support (mentoring) Level 2 Certificate
Health and Social Care Level 2
There is no requirement for external personal life-coaching sessions. However, it is strongly recommended that candidates undertake some form of external personal development. There is no requirement for client work, but the candidate can use the skills and techniques learned in both the workplace and in personal settings.
All applicants must be interviewed prior to being accepted onto the course.
Course content

the impact of coaching and mentoring on the individual, team and organisational performance
Since August 2019 its funding has come through the West Midlands Combined Authority and learners on some courses also pay fees towards the full cost of their course. Around 13,000 adults study each year with adult education.
This course will teach candidates that how coaching and mentoring are related to each other and what is the main difference between both of them. Delegates will have a clear understanding and vision of the dynamics that occur between individuals while working.
