Tai Chi - Beginners & Improvers course is offered by Birmingham Adult Education Service. 

These courses are for learners who want to develop their knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of mental health and mental well-being. These sought after qualifications will support you getting a job or achieving progression into relevant employment across the Health and Social Care sector.

Our qualification courses are designed to give learners the underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies to use counselling and coaching skills ethically and safely in a variety of contexts and supportive roles.

The Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to work in a range of healthcare support settings.

Learners will spend the first 4 weeks completing a free separate short course (20 hours) in Developing Thinking Skills. This will allow learners to gain essential skills and to provide an overview of what to expect when working in schools. Successful learners then progress to the main course.
