The three hour workshop, run by three facilitators, teaches up to 30 delegates on how to use a structured approach for getting in and out of a conversation with someone who is upset or distressed, while providing basic psychological support.
This Workshop is licensed and is appropriate for all staff groups. The Sage and Thyme Workshop is based upon evidence relating to core communication skills, psychological assessment and support.

The workshop uses a mix of small group work, lectures and interactive rehearsals based on participant’s scenarios to teach and demonstrate a structure approach to noticing distress, hearing concerns and responding helpfully.
