This professional-level training is now considered the minimum compliance requirement for medium to high-risk food establishments and is ideal for the day-to-day manager or delegated person assigned to ensure the FCP is followed.
Available throughout the year, our Food Safety short-courses are offered in either Tutor-led Online OR Classroom-based learning environments.
