Dance also allows us to teach children life lessons. Each pupil is unique, and we encourage them to work at their own pace. This style uses modern dance and ballet techniques with intensified attack focus and timing. A blend of twists, tensions, spirals and balletic elongated lines are introduced. Ground work is often utilized and turn in of the legs

Contemporary Dance Lessons are offered by CDA Dimensional Moves Dance Studios for all ages and abilities. Here at CDA dance studio we have a passion for training dancers to become the best they can be.
This form of dance is strongly influenced by ballet, contemporary and jazz. SABOD's Modern Dance Syllabus includes all of these styles as well as other complementary styles to give our dancers the opportunity to cover a broad spectrum of dance styles.
