Contractor Management Services

To ensure effectiveness and total control on your mine with regards to managing of contractors we can provide consulting / training / facilitating and implementing of systems in accordance with relevant legislation:

• Contractor packs containing all legal information necessary for compliance for each contractor company (which to be kept up to date by the contractor manager and Dei Gratia will retain this process and facilitate / coach and mentor accordingly)

• Assist with drafting of a contractor company database for your mine and setting up the contractors packs

• Assist with drafting of a contractor employee database (setting up personal files for each contractor employee)

• Assist with drafting of all legal appointments for contractors in accordance with Regulations

• Drafting of contractor management procedure

• Training of the contractor owner accordingly until he / she is fully conversant with the process

• Training on contractor packs for all contractor owners (HOD’s)

• Training on contractor packs for all contractor supervisors and safety officers

• Working files (operational phase) containing all training information necessary for compliance (Safety Meetings, Planned Task Observations, Planned Inspections, Risk Conversant Training, Pre-use Checklists, Mini Risk Assessments) – for each contractor company (which to be kept up to date on a monthly basis by the supervisor / foreman / safety officer of the company) in accordance with relevant legislation

• Training on working files for all contractor owners (HOD’s) and what their responsibilities will be towards the process of compliance

• Training on working files for all contractor supervisors and what their responsibilities will be towards this process of compliance.
