Overview:
A 6 week (once a week; 09h00-12h00) practical course.
The following will be covered in the training:
Full course meals varying from:
Bobotie with yellow rice and raisins, Chicken pie with veggies and salad, Curry lamb shin with rice and veggies (Specially for winter months), Lasagna with salad; etc.
For the sweet tooth:
Cakes, muffins, scones, pudding, etc.
Includes an illustrative recipe book and loose recipes.

Sugar Flower Making classes are offered By Just Bake It.
Basic Cake Covering course is offered by Sugar Cakes. Step-by-step covering of a 1-tier cake dummy and creating of wedding roses.
The Specialty Cake Skill Program is a Hands-on Program, we will focus on 6 Cakes including a Vegan Cake.
During this class we explore various different methods of working with buttercream which is extremely trendy at the moment in the Wedding cake industry. During this class you will put together a 3 tier cake using different techniques with buttercream.
Our Culinary Baking & Pastry courses are designed for anyone wanting to learn to bake, decorate cakes and so much more. Classes are hands on and practical with support of theory notes and recipes.
