By popular demand, welcome to Bread Basics 101 – a brand new class from Mr Baker’s Cake School and the perfect introduction to all things yeasted. This class is perfect for those who are new to bread baking and would like to experiment with a selection of different breads.
Get the best flavour from your bread knowing it's good for you too. This intermediate bread making course is perfect for those looking to take their bread making skills to the next level, whether you have been on our Beginner Bread Making course or have some alternative experience under your belt.
You'll get to make (and take home!) five different types of bread, as well as trying several more. I'll also touch on other things you can easily do with the wonderful ingredient called flour, including grissini sticks, pasta, flatbreads and pizza bases.

Here at Cooking It, we love anything that goes in the oven and is sweet. Our ovens are on all the time, whether they are baking bread, cookies, pastry, puddings or cakes, we just love it. The Baking Classes are fabulous fun, especially if you come with a friend or two!
