The recipes in this class are crowd-pleasing ideas that you can serve or share at any of your events this season to help keep you happy, healthy, and whole all the way into the New Year!
The program aims to provide healthy food and learning opportunities to families, children and youth, Indigenous groups, newcomers to Canada, and others. While enrolled in the program, participants receive a cooking kit with the ingredients required to make a nutritious recipe twice.
Learn to make: Nanaimo bars and macaroons with Renee, who will teach you to create these with a healthy twist.
Everyone shares in the recipe selection, cooking and clean-up. You pay for the portion of food you take home.
