Work Placement

  • We provide qualified students with the possibility of paid internships at our DeLamie Bakery which is led by our celebrity Executive Chef, Jeff Finkelstein.
  • Through this internship, students gain practical work experience, preparing them for the job market and enabling them to ultimately achieve their employment goals.

Holistic Approach

  • Our DeLamie Culinary Arts Training Program follows the Social Integration Services Program set by the Ministry of Education which is designed to help the student acquire the necessary skills to be able to integrate and participate in society to their fullest potential.
