We offer training modules for asbestos awareness and hazardous substances that are a legal requirement, as defined in the relevant regulations.
Trainees must have held a Class 4 licence for a minimum of 3 months (if over 25 years of age) or 6 months (if under 25 years of age), as well as a 5L licence which they can obtain at any driver licensing agent. A separate charge payable to the licensing agency is applicable for this.
This aim of this course is to enable a trainee to produce an occupational health and safety incident investigation based on organisational requirements, an incident and a report based on that incident.
Manual Handling course training is offered by Working for Health for all skill level. Knowledge is power. Ensuring your staff are informed about your workplace's health and safety hazards will empower them to take responsibility for their own well being while reducing their risk for harm.
This course teaches basic knowledge and skills for the manual handling of goods, equipment, and materials in the workplace. As well as the skills and techniques to ensure correct posture and back safety is maintained throughout.
