The Situational and Tactical Communications (SATCom) workshop is intended for employees who are working with the public, especially those required to enforce rules, regulations or laws. But also for anyone who has to deal with difficult people in their professional lives.
The Coordinated Incident Management Systems (CIMS) course will help you understand and be able to describe the role and purpose of CIMS while demonstrating knowledge of the elements, terminology and structure of CIMS, incident control procedures and operating environments.Â
The Supervising Safely course will give learners the skills and knowledge required to be effective in their role as supervisors. After the course, learners will understand the links between safety culture and profitability, how to champion health and safety and how to improve safety practices.
The Workplace Health and Safety Committee course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required ensure the effectiveness of the committee. This includes understanding what good engagement, participation and representation looks like and understanding the main function of the committee.
