Course Overview

The Supervising Safely course will give learners the skills and knowledge required to be effective in their role as supervisors. After the course, learners will understand the links between safety culture and profitability, how to champion health and safety and how to improve safety practices.

 

Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate knowledge of and use techniques for changing employee behaviour to improve safety on a building or construction site.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and how they can be applied to improve safety on a building or construction site.
