We will apply body weight exercises combined with a variety of flexibility drills. This course is suitable and compatible for those looking to improve their trainings in hammock / hoop and pole.

Our classes deliver an all-round cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and dance/acro-movement skills in a fun and safe environment.
