This is a conditioning class based on dance kinesiology, the science of motion in relation to dance. Understand your body better through ballet and modern dance based exercises so as to achieve the healthy, flexible and strong body a pole dancer needs.
Working towards a more flexy bendy longer you? Get closer to that back bend, needlescales, flatter splits, increased shoulder mobility.
