You will learn correct improper alignments and anatomical engagements; effective strength drills and flexibility exercises, focusing on understanding; techniques required for safe and efficient progress.

Each class will finish with short and simple fluidity sequences to challenge your mobility and range of motion.

Our classes deliver an all-round cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and dance/acro-movement skills in a fun and safe environment.
