Course Details

This is a conditioning class based on dance kinesiology, the science of motion in relation to dance. Understand your body better through ballet and modern dance based exercises so as to achieve the healthy, flexible and strong body a pole dancer needs. Every week we will be targeting diff areas, shoulders, booty, back, hips, legs, shoulders, core for inversions.

Our classes deliver an all-round cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and dance/acro-movement skills in a fun and safe environment.

Slap’s professionally trained instructors look forward to welcoming you in our classes, which cater to all levels - from absolute beginners to advanced/competitor levels.
