Started in 2006, my aim is to provide fun, interactive and engaging Food Safety and Health & Safety training to individuals and businesses. Why? Because when training is enjoyed, people remember.
I have over 25 years’ experience including working for P&O Cruises and hotels in South Africa, Switzerland and the UK, as well as teaching and auditing food businesses. This has given me a good understanding of the issues businesses face and I aim to be as flexible as I can when delivering training to meet your organisation’s needs.
With a strong background in hospitality, and years spent training and auditing the care sector, retail and catering, I have an excellent understanding of the everyday challenges faced by business. I pride myself on being able to adapt my training, making it relevant to those being trained.
I am passionate about my subjects and love to learn and in turn I love passing on this knowledge to others.
