We were founded in the 1980s by Antonia Murillo. After finding success in her neighborhood salon, Antonia wanted to pass along the knowledge and skills that helped her become successful.
We strive to continue that legacy and foster a spirit of entrepreneurship in all of our students. When Antonia passed in December of 2014, her son, Alberto Murillo, became the owner of our Beauty Academy.
In 2018, Jaime Romero, who received his Cosmetology and Instructor license through courses at Futurama became part owner along side Alberto. Moving into the future we still strive to prepare our students to become business owners and develop them into leading beauty professionals.

This program teaches students the essential skills needed to work in the fashion and beauty industries as well as techniques needed for film, television and theater.
This program is designed to teach students the art and science of beautifying the nails, hands, and feet; to give a proper massage; and to use safety precautions and sanitation methods in manicuring, pedicuring and extending the nails.
This 4-day lash training includes classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, bottom lashes, lash lift and tint training. This course is more complete, you will receive lash lift, and lash tint training.
