We strive to ensure graduates of our cosmetology program are prepared to pass the state board exam for their license and immediately start a successful career.
Our program consists of 1,500 hours divided among three phases and completed in one year. Unlike many hair schools, we have classes starting every six weeks and there are both full-time and part-time options to accommodate your needs!
Coined by a former student, “It’s a Z Thing!” has come to describe the many unique qualities of Z Hair Academy, an institution with four progressive hair schools in the Kansas City area. In order to do microblading and other permanent makeup in Colorado an artist must first be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Then take a 132 Hour Fundamentals of Permanent Makeup course from an approved school, like Accent Beauty Academy, LLC.
