Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wayne Township Fire Department is not currently hosting in-person classes for CPR.
We have instituted blended learning style classes.
This class consists of two portions or parts.
The first part is online-based.
After you complete the online portion and have taken and passed the test, you can then schedule your skills exam.

The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
The Heartsaver AED course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. If you would like to get certified in this course, click the button below marked Heartsaver CPR.

This ninety (90) minute class is designed to teach both immediate responders and civilians what actions they can take to control hemorrhagic bleeding.
CPR First Aid training is offered by On-Site Health & Safety. On-Site's diverse list of training include: 24-hour first-aid response and a host of others that encompass a broad spectrum of health and safety training to meet the needs of any company large or small.
This course includes the procedures for CPR and choking, heart attacks, strokes, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) introduction, as well as topics such as bleeding, shock, fainting, poisoning, epilepsy, diabetic emergencies, allergic reactions, burn accidents, heat and cold.
We offer a 'Stop the Bleed' class where attendees learn the basics of bleeding control. Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action, encouraging bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
First Aid training is offered by Universal Safety Training Inc. Universal Safety Training Inc is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive training. Work Safety is a set of measures to be implemented in the workplace as quality assurance and safety of employees.
