Each student will be taught the basics of making Italian Meringue Buttercream, piping swirls, and decorating with both buttercream and fondant to create 6 unique designs. As with our other classes, all supplies will be provided.
Oakleaf Cakes Bake Shop was founded by Amanda Oakleaf in 2008 in the mini-kitchen of a Boston studio apartment.
