This certification course was developed by the Food Safety & Quality Division (BKKM), Ministry of Health (MOH) for all food handlers involved in all aspects of the preparation, storage and serving of food.Â
HACCP Awareness training is offered by NexTrain. NexTrain Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. was established with the prime objective to train and upgrade the technical and management skills of the Malaysian workforce in manufacturing industries and commercial sectors.
The primary objective of this training course is to equipped food safety auditors with knowledge of practices specific to auditing ISO 22000, including planning and preparation of the audit, audit practices, and reporting audit findings.
Hazards Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) course is offered by Sabah Skills & Technology Centre. SSTC aspires to actively provide the best of skills training available to meet current needs and strengthen the knowledge and skills level of the State’s workforce.
Our proposal is to introduce this programme to all food handlers. Targeted participants are chef, cooks, general kitchen helpers, waitress and waiters who are directly or indirectly involved in preparing or handling food.
