Along the way, we will explore various dynamics in our movement-building and releasing tension, changing perspectives, and creating texture. After an uptempo warm up that targets core strengthening and technique development, we'll learn fun, flowing contemporary choreography that allows us to bring stories and feeling to our movement.
Dance Austin is a unique studio with a fun, safe, and non-competitive atmosphere designed for all ages, levels, and styles.
Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. (Athletic shoes work well for most!)
