Exquisite’s Etiquette

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to change and relax prior to treatment. Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment.

We would like you to think of Exquisite’s as your own private ‘quiet zone’ where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.
