Dermaplaning

Our Dermaplaning Course is an intensive advanced facial skincare training course that will teach you to deliver these in-demand treatments with confidence.

Dermaplaning offers deep exfoliation removing dead skin cells from the upper layer of the surface of the skin using a surgical scalpel. This gentle 'shaving' of the skin surface can also remove fine vellus hair (fuzz) from the face giving a renewed and glowing appearance to the skin.

Dermaplaning is only completed on the face and is not used to shape or remove brow hair. Perfect for those with dry, mature or congested/problematic skin to give clearer, smoother skin.

It is also ideal for those unable to receive abrasive forms of exfoliation like microdermabrasion, such as those with very sensitive skin, redness, rosacea, visible facial veins or otherwise contra-indicated to other treatments such as chemical peels for example pregnant clients.

These treatments are recommended as a course of treatments, ideally monthly - with minimal to no downtime so clients immediately gain the benefits with no drawbacks.
