Learn dermaplaning with DermaplanePro New Zealand, the international leader in dermaplaning training. Once certified, you have the potential to earn $3000 in revenue from starter kit (included) alone. We hold workshops in Auckland and Christchurch as well as offering online and one-on-one training.
Dermaplaning, sometimes called epidermal levelling, is a safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) of the face. Our dermaplaning training course is a one-day masterclass covering a mix of theory and practical application. You will see, feel and perform a dermaplaning treatment on the day.
Dermaplaning is a great add-on treatment to work in with your existing facial menu to offer clients instant, visible results without downtime. A controlled method of exfoliation, removing both vellus hair and dead skin, is a non-invasive treatment suitable for most skin types.
Our starter kit (included) will enable you to perform 25+ treatments so you can hit the ground running post-training. With the potential to charge $60-120+ per treatment, you have the potential to earn $3000+ in revenue once certified. Easily quadruple your initial training investment of $525+GST!

Since 2007, Cosmetologists have been supplying salons, spas, beauty therapists, schools, make-up artists and beauty professionals. We are 100% New Zealand owned, bringing you the best from around the world.
We like to shake things up and think outside the box
We believe that pro-grade beauty should be fun, empowering, and accessible to all professionals, no matter their age, gender, background or business size. We’ve done away with minimum orders, slow shipping and complicated order forms. Oh, and our products? They’re magic in a bottle (or jar, or tube, or palette…). It is often said, ‘true beauty comes from within’, so why buy beauty supplies from those outside of the industry?
Many of the team have owned or managed salons themselves, so we truely know what it takes to hit the high notes. Whether you’re a solo operator, multi-room salon or something in between – we’ve got you covered. We only sell what we truly love and we personally know the people behind them (seriously, we’re on texting terms!) and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Our Express Facials Course is designed for those looking to offer basic but effective facial skincare treatments to clients teaching both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to competently perform an effective express facial treatment.
This day long workshop will focus on practical skills needed to start performing skin treatments in your clinic.
Learn the basics of prepping skin and applying a range of makeup techniques. From day to night, photographic to corrective, you’ll learn the full range of makeup techniques and you could earn a job with a top cosmetics house, work as a freelance artist or pathway into our Level 4 Beauty Therapy.
Plamere Plasma course is offered by Youth Beauty. We've partnered with industry leading brands, device technology and trainers. Our graduates leave skilled in delivering in-demand treatments and having the leading edge.
Dermal needling can tackle visible sun damage, wrinkles, acne scarring and even unusual pigmentation. Microneedling increases the production of collagen and other healing factors by causing trauma to the skin.
