The course is formally assessed by producing a portfolio and written assignments and there is an expectation that these are completed independently outside of taught session. This will include completing a practical portfolio and evaluating your performance.
This course is designed to develop your practical skills in planning, preparing and constructing basic floral designs. It is ideal for those with little or no experience and are looking take their first steps into the floristry industry.
This course will cover all of the basic skills and techniques you will need to produce basic centrepieces and having the skills to produce them for all occasions from weddings, funerals and birthdays. You will cover a range of techniques, using seasonal blooms and foliage.
