Diploma in Food Production

This is a 1.5 year diploma program in Food Production, which includes 24 weeks industrial training in production department only, along with regular academic inputs for the rest of the duration.

Learners will be exposed to the required international standard by inculcating required set of knowledge skill and mindset which assists them both in professional and personal front.

It teaches many ‘tricks of the trade’ and will fuel a desire in students to take up kitchen operations as an exciting career. The module focuses on introduction to culinary arts with emphasis on basics of Indian & International Cuisines, essential commodities, culinary techniques, equipment and processes.
