This interactive workshop provides participants with a solid understanding of DEI. Learn about its critical role in the workplace, intercultural competencies and strategies to practice, sustain and promote DEI initiatives.

Participants will also learn strategies to engage in difficult dialogues, to identify exclusive practices and to implement inclusive practices so that everyone, regardless of their religious, cultural, gender, socio-economic and mental and physical background can thrive in their personal and work life.
