Document Management

The programme will provide solutions for collaborating and managing documents which meet the needs of individuals, groups and units across the University.

• The Document Management programme will engage with stakeholders to determine current document management practices across the University. The programme will gather requirements and will use these as a basis to establish a Document Management Service based on SharePoint ensuring that the service is compliant with security and governance.
• The programme will analyse requirements and develop templated solutions within SharePoint to meet the needs of the most common Document Management use-cases.
• A suite of processes and tools will be created to enable groups and units to implement effective document management solutions and establish an effective and sustainable business-as-usual service.
