This course aims to introduce you to the essential aspects of drawing and illustration, equipping you with the necessary skills and tools to respond to creative briefs by taking part in creative exercises and practical workshops.
Drawing and Illustration is the perfect course for beginners who are looking to learn the basics of sketching, drawing and illustrating.
You can hone your drawing skills whilst working with a professional artist in a studio environment. All abilities, mediums and ambitions are welcome.

This course is ideal for beginners who would like to learn drawing and painting techniques. Each evening will begin with short demonstrations and fun exercises with time later to work on a set task or develop a drawing or painting
During the course you will develop your confidence through the use of different types of mediums, this will include exploration and experimentation. You will use and develop your creativity and imagination, whilst expanding observational skills.
Our Drawing Clubs are open to students in school years 5 to 9 who have a passion for drawing and would like to attend a weekly Saturday class.
This course will make sure you showcase your best work to support College and UCAS applications for Art and Design based courses. You will get to explore a variety of approaches media and techniques working from the life model focusing on drawing.
